STILLWATER, OK – The Oklahoma Center for Respiratory and Infectious Diseases (OCRID) showcased its research and leadership at the 9th National IDeA Symposium of Biomedical Research Excellence (NISBRE). This prestigious event, held annually, gathers top minds in biomedical research to share advancements and foster collaboration.

 

Dr. Lin Liu, Director of OCRID, played a prominent role in the symposium, co-chairing the Infectious Diseases II session. His leadership in this capacity underscores OCRID's commitment to advancing research in respiratory and infectious diseases.

 

OCRID Pilot Project Leaders, Drs. Xufeng Dang and Avishek Mitra, also made significant contributions to the symposium. Both researchers delivered presentations during the Infectious Diseases sessions, highlighting their cutting-edge research and innovative approaches.
