OCRID Director Dr. Lin Liu Elected as a Fellow for the APS

An effusive congratulation is also in order for our esteemed director, Dr. Lin Liu. He was chosen to be elevated to the status of Fellow for the American Physiological Society!
According to the APS website, the rank of Fellow of the American Physiological Society (FAPS) is an elite member status reserved to honor distinguished leaders who have demonstrated excellence in science, have made significant contributions to the physiological sciences and related disciplines and have served the Society. The designation of Fellow is an honor and shall remain valid for the duration of APS membership.*
Dr. Liu is also a Regents professor for the Center for Veterinary Health Sciences and the Lundberg-Kienlen Endowed Chair in Biomedical Research.
